The Applications of Electric Classifier:

It can be used widely in many sectors, such as pharmaceuticals industry, chemical engineering, paper making, plastics industry, agricultural chemical, senior electrical porcelain production, grinding medium, fine ceramics, building materials, fireproof materials, makeups, food industry and health products, etc.

  • The working principle of Electric Classifier:

    Under pressure, purified and clean air forms a current of supersonic airstream and enters the milling room through nozzles. Particles are carried by the hopper to milling room, where they hit each other under the force of supersonic airstream. In the milling room, a multiphase fluidized bed with high speed takes shape, leading to a large increase in the milling power and efficiency. And this is the newest principle of fluid energy milling.

  • Classification Principle

    Our company designs a special classification rotator, which makes powders scatter in the grading room. The rotary force brings about a horizontal centrifuge field, which can be made a variable frequency regulation. Standard submicron powders moves towards the center of rotor, finally blown away by the draft fan. Then the cyclone collector will collect these powders. While those coarse powders will drop along the grading room wall. In our machine, there is a reasonable space for those substandard powders so that a regrinding is finished.

The technical characteristics of Electric Classifier:

    Materials are grinded each other, avoiding a secondary pollution in processing.

  • Low temperature:

    In the grinding room, the temperature of materials is not more than 10°C.

  • Powerful grinding and excellent performance:

    The speed of supersonic airstream caused by our Electric Classifier can achieve to more than 3Mach.

  • Low—speed classification:

    Grading flow field and frequency-controlled rotator are designed uniquely. Classification is done at a low speed (<3,000r/m), so the service life of classifier are extended a lot. The size of final products is very tiny and even.

  • Reliable performance:

    It is an environment-friendly and noiseless classifier. Powders definitely can't leak out of the machine.

  • Pass the GMP certification:

    The part in contact with the material is made of high-qualify austenitic stainless steel. Round-shaped body adopts a boltless and joint design, connected by clipper totally. It is very convenient for cleaning, installation and removal.
