From the moving roller, the filter pulp is uniform distributed on the horizontal moving filter fabric through the special distributor. Under the effect of the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber, through the filter, the pulp enters into the vacuum chamber, and then discharged through the pipe into the gas-liquid separator. Non condensable gas (mainly air) enters into the vacuum pump through the gas export of the gas-liquid separator, last into the atmosphere. The belt moves on the horizontal direction, then enters into the washing section, the water is evenly sprayed on the upside of the filter cake. Under the effect of the negative pressure of the vacuum chamber, the pulp enters into the vacuum chamber after the filter cake and fabric. Then by the vacuum chamber the pulp through the pipe enters into the gas-liquid separator, the filter discharged from the separator. If the converse washing is needed, the pulp is transported to the upside of the filter cake through the pump; it is sprayed and washed again. According to the need of technology, the number and position of the board in the vacuum chamber, washing section and length can adjust freely.
