Working principle of Pressure Filter
Pressure filter was placed on a sealed pressurized compartment, and the pressurized compartment was filled with compressed air of certain pressure. The suspension to be filtered was fed into the tank by the feeding pump. On filter plate, the distribution valve and the steam separator form air pressure difference, so the filtrate dipped in the suspension was discharged, while the solid granule was collected and form a filter cake on the plate. With the rotation of the filter plate, filter cake was dried and discharged to the discharge area. Filter cake was discharged by the discharging device intermittently into the atmosphere, and the whole process is automatically.
